2014, Pyramid took over the leasing and management of Manassas Mall putting in place a new leasing strategy and a plan to update the look and feel of the mall. Pyramid saw the opportunity to implement the time-proven approach of mixing entertainment and dining into the center; a chance to diversify the tenant mix, increase visitor traffic and revitalize the center. The plan is working. New tenants are opening and sales and traffic have increased.
