New Developments
The retail landscape is constantly changing and Pyramid is changing with it. Pyramid has reinvested $753.4 million in the portfolio over the past several years and we’re not stopping there.
Building on Destiny USA’s strong tourism and business traveler draw, the 209-room Embassy Suites is Pyramid’s first on-site hotel.
Construction has begun on two new residential projects adjacent to Crossgates!
The Apex at Crossgates, a $58 million, 222 market-rate residential development, is being built on Rapp Rd.
The Flats at Crossgates, a $6.5 million, 24-unit apartment complex on Crossgates Mall Rd.
Both developments will include first-class amenities, luxury finishes, covered parking, as well as pedestrian walkways for direct access to Crossgates.
