The successful candidate will determine the strategic direction of the shopping center; responsibilities include, but not are limited to, leasing, financial/sales analysis, marketing, operations and general management. Candidates who are team focused, entrepreneurially motivated with strong leadership skills will be given serious consideration. Excellent verbal and written communication skills are required. Candidates must posses a four year degree in Business Administration, Finance or related field, an MBA is preferred. Minimum eight to ten years management experience required. An appropriate combination of experience and education will be considered.
